Welcome to my mind.
Watch your step, it's a bit messy around here!

Since the computer vision applications I’m writing are all running on the command line, I created a little tool for myself to visualize progress.

It’s just a really small tool which is dead simple to use, but it allows you to easily draw progressbars on the command line.

#include "progressbar.h"

int main(int argc, char *argv[])
    //Progress range
    long elements = 12345;
    //ProgressBar title
    std::string label = "Hello from libProgress!";

    //Create a new ProgressBar
    ProgressBar<long> p(elements, label);

    for(long i = 0; i <= elements; ++i) {
        //Update it
    return 0;

Have fun!
